Purified water as a pharmaceutical excipient or for cleaning purposes is a crucial factor for pharmaceutics and cosmetics. It is used in many unit operations like solving, dispersing, crystallization, extraction etc.

Our pure media systems are our main product. Purified water can be produced by reverse osmosis or destillation. Both ways are suitable, but further steps like ultrafiltration or deionisation are needed.

With respect to the regulatory requirements we engineer and design buffer and distribution systems which lower the risk of contamination with microbes.
Cold-stored systems are equipped with a continous ozonization of the buffer tank or periodic sanitisation by pure steam; hot-stored systems sanitizise themselves by terms of thermic energy.

Our hydraulic calculations ensure meeting the required operating parameters at each point of use and suitable measurement technology observe relevant quality attributes like conductivity, flow regime, pressure and temperature.

Pure Steam is characterized by a high thermic energy, excellent controllability and cleanliness and thus is used for sterilization in place (SIP) for piping, instruments or equipment. As a consequence, high standards haveto be met when designing generators and distribution systems.

There are several techniques which are suitable for producing pure steam; all of these require high quality materials like stainless steel and PTFE.
