BASIC ENGINEERING:
THREE STEPS TO YOUR URS

Good planning is half the battle:
with almost 25 years of company history we accomplished diverse projects for liquid production systems: from pure media systems, CIP-stations to batch-systems or customized solutions. Team work is our key for success, with every department contributing their part. This results in a well- and cost-efficient-engineered plant.

Our Basic Engineering consists of three phases:

1. Conceptual Design

  • Identification of regulatory affairs, cost and technical obstacles
  • Proper compliance of factory standards, monographs, pharmacopoeias (USP, EP)
  • Level of automation
  • Supply and demand studies
  • Discusssion of concepts

 

2. Concept phase/FEL-2

  • First budgeting
  • Consulting for your decision making process

 

3. Elaboration Phase

  • Creation of flow chart or P&Ids, spatial arrangements etc.
  • Dimensioning and Determination of main components, hydraulic calculations
  • Budgeting

All these phases result in tender documentation and URS, which provides sufficient details for your successful project.
