Glossary:
An ultrapure water plant is a plant for the production of ultrapure water. The production can be done in two different ways: By means of membrane processes through the principle of reverse osmosis or in a thermal way with the help of distillation. These processes are combined with further treatment processes such as ultrafiltration or electrodeionization (EDI).
