Glossary:
Endoscopy is a visual, non-destructive weld inspection. Here, weld seams, which would otherwise not be visible from the outside, are visually inspected with an endoscope.
The endoscopes used here are usually flexible endoscopes with which digital images or films can be recorded on a storage medium.
