Storage and distribution
Whether cold storage at ambient temperature or hot storage at over 80°C: Depending on the requirements and the production conditions, we implement your individual ultrapure water system in such a way that the risk of contamination of the ultrapure water by germs is distinctly reduced: Vessels in which ultrapure water is stored at ambient temperature are ozonized constantly. A downstream ultraviolet radiation source in the line feeding the distribution system breaks up the ozone in a constant process. In hot storage conditions, permanent thermal sanitization is part of the system.
Hydraulic distribution systems ensure that the valuable ultrapure water is delivered directly to the tapping points.
All processes of storage and distribution are monitored and controlled constantly by measuring and regulating devices and instruments. All applicable rules and regulations are complied with in the planning and implementation of these systems.
